We do realize that there may be times when an item you purchased may need to be exchanged. When this happens, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be exchanged to us for any reason as long as you have the purchase receipt and all the items are unopened with seals intact. ( all exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee. All shipping charges are excluded.)
1. We will accept exchanges on any item provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care center by calling toll-free 1-800-733-4429 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your product exchange
2. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s).
4. All exchanged items are subject to a 15% processing and handling fee.

All cancelled orders will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. If the cancelled order has already shipped, customer will also be charged for shipping and handling fees.

1. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, bar code of product and a certified toxicology report of failed test, We do not refund the cost of getting this report in the event there is a charge.
2. Refunds will only be granted based on positive results stated in a certified toxicology report after using the original product designed for that specific event. ( i.e., We can only grant a refund for the purchase price of a Total Body Cleanse less the Hair Products if you only present positive results for a urine / blood test and visa versa. i.e, less the Cleanse if you only present positive results for a hair test).
3. Refunds will only be credited back to the original cardholder. We only refund for lab tests taken by the original cardholder. (i.e., Not family members or friends).
4. All requests for refunds must be post marked 30 days of date purchase. All request must be sent Certified Mail as we are not responsible for requests lost in mail. Incomplete requests will not be processed. No exceptions. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
5. Faxed and emailed results will not be accepted
6. We do not return shipping charges or lab fees on returned or failed test results.
7. We do not refund on Home Test Kits or dilute lab test results, dilute lab results are not a failure.
8. One refund, one product per household. ( i.e., If you ordered on 1/1/06 and placed another order on 1/10/06, you would only be refunded for one order, not both, even if ordered on the same day).
9. All returns/refusals/cancellations after shipping are subject to a 25% processing and handling fee. No shipping refunds will be granted due to adverse weather conditions.
10. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package.
11. We do not refund for products or shipping on custom seizures, please check with your countries customs department before ordering.
