Return
Policy
We
realize that there may be times when an item you
ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen,
we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
Any item can be returned to us for any reason as
long as you have the purchase reciept and the products
are unopened with seals intact . We only ask that
you follow our guidelines when making a return:

We will accept returns on any item provided
you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number from our customer care center
by calling toll-free 1-800-733-4429 or e-mailing
abdetox@aol.com
with the reason for your return.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of
purchase.

Customer will be responsible for any and
all shipping charges to return the item(s).

All returned items are subject to a 15%
processing and handling fee. |

Cancellations
All cancelled orders will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee. If the cancelled order has already shipped, customer will also be charged for shipping and handling fees.

All One Hour, Permanent Cleanses, and Hair Products are all 100% guaranteed. On our Total Body Drug Free Cleanses, You must provide a positive lab results for a urine/blood/saliva and hair follicle toxicology report to receive 100% guarantee. If not, you will only be refunded for those items designed for the specific event that you provided. No Exceptions.
* Refunds will only be credited back to the original person that placed the order with there name on both the receipt and failed toxicology report. (Allow 4 to 6 weeks to process.)
* We do not refund / guarantee on Home Test Kits or Dilute lab test results. Dilute lab results are not a failure.
* One refund per household per 90 day period. (i.e. If you place a order for more than one product even on the same day. You will only be refunded for one product per failed lab test results. )
* All refunds must be mailed in to the above address within 30 days of date of purchase.
* Faxed and emailed results will not be accepted.
